About The Position

SkillsetGroup is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to work in the city of Gardena, CA area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the IT infrastructure and operations across HQ, production, and warehouse environments. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of servers, networks, storage, and end-user systems in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. This will be a 1st Shift position and a Direct Hire opportunity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in systems/network administration with lead-level responsibility.
  • Administer and optimize Windows Server/Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and permissions.
  • Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and endpoint security/patching.
  • Manage storage (Synology NAS, RAID, replication) and video surveillance systems.
  • Support Zebra printers and BarTender templates for production/shipping lines.
  • Oversee MDM (Mosyle), Windows updates, QuickBooks Enterprise, and Google Workspace.
  • Lead incident response, capacity planning, vendor coordination, SOPs, and change management.
  • Collaborate with operations, QA, and logistics teams for seamless IT support in production and warehouse areas.
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing/warehouse settings, including refrigerated areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing/warehouse or multi-site experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a BIG plus.
