The contractor shall provide IT Infrastructure support services, which include Tier 1 Help Desk, Tier 2 End User Support, Tier 3 Server, Platform, and Network Infrastructure Support and Engineering. Services shall include, but are not limited to, technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues; incident and problem resolution; service request management; infrastructure monitoring and support; hardware and software lifecycle support; and management of escalation across all tiers. The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the NCUA’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of all systems. This role includes overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of various systems, including servers, applications, and associated technologies. The Senior Systems Administrator will collaborate with other IT teams to support various projects and initiatives, provide technical expertise and ensure that IT systems are effectively integrated into the organization's strategic objectives. This position is considered Key Personnel.
