Administers and manages complex enterprise workload automation and scheduling platforms supporting critical business applications across the firm. Acts as the primary support and central point of contact for batch processing, orchestration services, and managed file transfer (MFT) platforms with significant enterprise impact. Works closely with application teams, infrastructure, and vendors to ensure reliable execution of workflows, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of scheduling and automation capabilities. Applies specialized domain knowledge to monitor, analyze, and optimize batch processing environments and data integration workflows. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. The role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring and continuous improvement. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of enterprise-wide batch processing operations, ensuring that business-critical processes execute on schedule and meet established service level agreements.
