About The Position

Anduril’s Manufacturing Safety Engineering team partners with manufacturing, engineering, and operations organizations to ensure production systems are safe to build, test, and sustain at scale. The team designs safety into factory equipment, fixtures, test stations, and work instructions, applying formal risk assessment and the hierarchy of controls from new equipment and line design through ramp and sustained operations. The Senior System Safety Engineer will engineer safety into Anduril’s manufacturing operations, serving as an on-the-floor technical authority while partnering with EHS, manufacturing and controls engineering, and production teams. The role is based in Costa Mesa, California, and supports manufacturing operations that include sites in Quonset Point, Rhode Island, and Atlanta, Georgia.
