Senior System Analyst
About The Position
The Senior System Analyst gathers and documents business and functional requirements for Sandbox and Gateway capabilities. The role defines user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and backlog items with stakeholders; analyzes investment professional workflows to identify platform enhancements; and facilitates collaboration among business, product, and engineering teams. It also supports pilot programs by collecting feedback, validating outcomes, and refining requirements, and maintains project documentation, process flows, and operational procedures. The position is based in West Lake, Texas.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Business analysis and requirements management skills.
- Agile product development knowledge.
- Financial services domain knowledge.
- Process modeling and documentation skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for Sandbox and Gateway capabilities.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and backlog items in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze investment professional workflows and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions between business, product, and engineering teams.
- Support pilot programs by collecting feedback, validating outcomes, and refining requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, process flows, and operational procedures.
