About The Position

Dev.Pro is hiring in Brazil for a Senior System Analyst to join its remote-first global team as a contractor. The role supports a complex fintech project for a leading global financial services infrastructure provider, contributing to a flexible asset tokenization platform with smart contract capabilities.

The analyst will work at the intersection of business and system analysis, collaborating with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and define effective solutions. The role focuses on improving the efficiency and accuracy of development processes and the quality and effectiveness of the team's blockchain projects. It also offers hands-on experience with data and modern data architecture, as well as opportunities to deepen analysis expertise and share knowledge within Dev.Pro’s BAO community.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong technical background with solid system analysis experience.
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams.
• Understanding of data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and investigation.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing business and system requirements.
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of autonomy and proactivity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to manage challenging stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and enhance requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation processes, ensuring project specifications are clear and standards-compliant.
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders, assist with feature prioritization, and manage requested changes.
• Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication with the development team.
• Facilitate Scrum events to support productive collaboration and promptly resolve or escalate blockers.
• Create and maintain project-related documentation, including diagrams that visualize solution workflows.
