About The Position

The Senior Sustainability Specialist serves as a strategic partner supporting sustainability implementation across assigned entities or operational groups. The role translates enterprise sustainability goals into actionable initiatives aligned with business needs and builds relationships with leaders to integrate sustainability into operations, innovation, and growth strategies. The specialist serves as a sustainability liaison for assigned entities or business units; integrates sustainability into business strategy and operations; identifies and advances initiatives aligned with business priorities; coordinates sustainability reporting, data collection, and compliance; supports innovation and market-facing sustainability strategies; and facilitates alignment and knowledge-sharing across teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. Five or more years of experience in sustainability, operations, or business partnering is required. A sustainability or environmental certification is preferred. The anticipated starting pay range is $150,000–$200,000. DPR Construction is a private, employee-owned general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects. Requirements
