Requirements

5+ years of diverse land surveying expertise, including Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout, and Topographic projects.
A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
A valid North Carolina driver’s license.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring optimal financial performance.
Manage multiple survey crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Oversee and delegate tasks to surveying office personnel to ensure project success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities while nurturing valuable client partnerships.
Support business planning, marketing efforts, and strategic initiatives.
Promote and uphold a culture of ethics, teamwork, and safety.
