The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport Division (NUWCDIVKPT) Detachment Pacific (Code 04/TDC) functions as NUWC’s forward presence in the Middle Pacific, Guam, and Western Pacific (WESTPAC). Reporting to the Program Manager, the Seniro Operations Research Analyst provides senior-level technical, analytical, and administrative test and evaluation (T&E) support for current U.S. Navy Undersea Warfare (USW) Combat and Weapon Systems, with primary emphasis on serving as the Combat System Ship Qualification Trials (CSSQT) AEGIS Technical Lead. The position leads the technical planning, coordination, execution, analysis, and reporting of surface-ship USW Combat System test events involving the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Sonar Suite, AEGIS Combat System, auxiliary equipment, weapon systems, and associated combat system interfaces for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport Hawaii Detachment under Performance Work Statement (PWS) 2.8, USW Combat Systems Technical and Administrative Test and Evaluation Support. The Senior Operations Research Analyst serves as the principal technical point of contact for assigned test events and works directly with Government leadership, shipboard personnel, system subject matter experts, engineers, and multidisciplinary test teams. The role supports CSSQT aboard U.S. Navy ships and Foreign Military Sales AEGIS-equipped surface ships for Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, as well as Developmental Testing (DT), Integrated Testing (IT), Operational Testing (OT), and other shipboard test requirements. Working with a high degree of independence, the analyst provides technical direction to the test team, reviews analytical products, develops findings and recommendations for U.S. Government stakeholders, and mentors junior and mid-level analysts. This position requires participation in Government-provided training to qualify in required Training Qualification Standard (TQS) areas. Travel and extended underway support aboard U.S. Navy ships are required (approximately 50 percent) on the Hawaii Detachments Support Services contract. This position is located in Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.
