About The Position

As an In-Home Caregiver / Senior Support Specialist, you will support local seniors and individuals in maintaining their independence, safety, and dignity right where they feel most comfortable—at home. This role involves providing companionship, personal care support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation/errands.

Requirements

• Compassionate & Reliable: You show up on time, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about making a positive impact.
• Valid Driver’s License: Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance (required for client transportation/rural visits).
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving or CNA/HHA experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates with the right heart and dedication!

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Engagement: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, hobbies, and supportive daily presence.
• Personal Care Support: Assist with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.
• Meal Preparation & Light Housekeeping: Prepare nutritious meals, assist with light chores, laundry, and keep the home clean and comfortable.
• Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on track with daily care plans and health schedules.
• Transportation & Errands: Accompany clients to appointments, grocery store trips, or community outings.
