Since 2006, our mission has been to help people feel good about themselves by providing expert hair removal services. We are seeking a full-time, hands-on esthetician who will provide professional, safe, skilled, and friendly service to all clients, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and DORA requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Colorado esthetician or cosmetologist licensing required
- Bloodborne pathogen training (may be provided during TSP training)
- Barbicide certification (may be provided during TSP training)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable performing all standard services offered by TSP (full-body waxing, spray tanning, lash and brow tints)
- Ability to work flexible days, hours, and weekends
- A positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong desire to care for others
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while performing all services offered by TSP
- Uphold Screamin Peach company standards and values
- Achieve service and sales goals by offering products and services
- Maintain shop cleanliness
- Build a clientele by rebooking and retaining new clients
- Educate clients on services TSP offers, skin care needs, and aftercare
- Assist with other duties as delegated
