About The Position

Leidos is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Risk Management Threat Intelligence Analyst to provide advanced technical and analytical support to the FAA’s Counterintelligence Supply Chain Risk Management program. The program identifies, assesses, and mitigates foreign intelligence, nation-state, and cybersecurity threats to the FAA’s supply chain, critical infrastructure, and enterprise networks. Embedded as a senior leader on a four-person team, the analyst independently conducts authoritative all-source intelligence analysis focused on threat landscapes, adversarial intent, and geopolitical vulnerability modeling. The role uses open-source intelligence (OSINT) and corporate registries to identify foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI), technology transfer risks, and strategic threat trends targeting the aviation industrial base. It also evaluates physical, technical, and personnel vulnerabilities, including hardware and firmware threats and insider risks. The analyst produces intelligence products and briefings to guide FAA executive leadership and support the broader SCRM framework. The role also collaborates with FAA and external government stakeholders and supports training and awareness for acquisition personnel and program offices.
