About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Quality Engineer will support the various projects located in Sunnyvale, CA. This position is focused primarily on Supply Chain Quality Engineering.

This position requires US Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance and requires an interim secret clearance prior to start.
Must have a bachelor's degree.
Must have 3+ years of recent and related work experience.
Familiar with Procure-to-Pay or SAP.
Experience in one of the following disciplines: Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Microsoft Office applications.
Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.

Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical.

Responsibilities

Application of quality principles in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for make and/or buy products.
Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.
Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.
Engage in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action. Ensures corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.
Develop strategies and systems designed to improve internal and/or supplier performance and productivity.
Evaluate quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conduct product quality tests, performs statistical analysis to assess products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
Engage in supplier selection process and maintain certification programs.
