Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics OR equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Program Management Engineering Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain Management Hardware Development Technology Product Development
Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, AI systems, GPU platforms, storage technologies, or other complex hardware products.
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in high-tech environments.
Experience in navigating hardware development lifecycles, production processes, and supply chain operations.
Decision-making abilities supported by data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with global teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure operational readiness and manufacturing ramp of new hardware platforms, including cloud, AI, GPU, and storage technologies.
Develop and implement scalable frameworks for efficient transitions from product development to mass production.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product teams to align production capabilities with market demands.
Evaluate program readiness using data-driven performance metrics and operational reviews.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks affecting product launches and production scalability.
Drive strategic decisions to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and capacity.
Act as a technical liaison between engineering and operations teams to successfully deploy products.
Lead resolution of production and quality challenges through coordinated root cause analysis.
Inspire and drive alignment with leaders and stakeholders to achieve overarching business objectives.
Uncover process improvement opportunities to simplify execution and accelerate production readiness.
