About The Position

PNY is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to partner with Planning leadership. This role will strengthen planning operations and help prepare the business for future growth, especially in the expanding Pro (RTX PRO) portfolio. This highly business-facing role operates in a dynamic environment with evolving processes. The ideal candidate draws on experience in structured planning environments and builds and improves processes, tools, and frameworks to scale the organization. This role is not tied to a specific product category today. It requires a forward-looking planner who can bring structure, challenge assumptions, and help shape how planning should operate in the future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business-facing supply or demand planning. Experience must be outside of production or plant environments.
  • Experience operating within structured planning processes: Demand and supply reviews, Consensus forecasting, S&OP / SNOP frameworks.
  • Build or enhance tools, reporting, and processes to drive improvement. Go beyond maintaining existing systems.
  • Demonstrate strong fluency in supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, and excess & obsolete management.
  • Advanced technical skills in: Excel, Power BI (dashboard creation and data visualization).
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to achieve goals.
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
  • Ability to operate in a changing environment with limited structure. Help build scalable processes.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Parsippany, NJ.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with supply planning systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels. Proactively provide updates and manage upward.
  • Experience in technology, hardware, or similar industries preferred
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus
  • Knowledge of GPU or high-performance computing markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply plans to ensure product availability.
  • Optimize inventory, improve planning, and support business objectives across the global supply chain.
  • Develop and manage supply plans for assigned or emerging product categories.
  • Align inventory strategies with forecasts and business objectives.
  • Lead demand and supply review meetings, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive consensus-based forecasting.
  • Actively contribute to S&OP / SNOP processes, providing clear visibility into supply capabilities, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Monitor and optimize global inventory to balance supply and demand.
  • Minimize stockouts, excess, and obsolescence.
  • Drive planning strategies across product lifecycles.
  • Support new product introductions, transitions, and SKU rationalization.
  • Build, enhance, and streamline planning processes to improve efficiency, accelerate speed, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI.
  • Support decision-making and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Track and communicate key supply chain KPIs, including: Forecast accuracy and bias, Inventory turns and weeks of supply, Units vs. dollars, Excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Understand and manage planning complexity.
  • Consider portfolio scale, including revenue ownership, SKU counts, and product mix.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive consistency and harmonization of planning processes across teams.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Serve as a thought partner and sounding board to planning leadership.
  • Constructively challenge assumptions and offer new approaches.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Focus on tools, systems, and workflows.
  • Stay current on supply chain best practices and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
