About The Position

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a data-driven and operationally astute Senior Supply Chain Analyst to optimize warehouse fulfillment, demand planning, and material flows for their strategic, locked-in hyperscaler accounts. Operating within a premier B2B 3PL environment, this role serves as the critical node linking global inventory strategy with daily warehouse execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing complex, contractual enterprise logistics. You will own the capacity and workload planning for our global operations to meet stringent, high-stakes enterprise SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of core experience in B2B supply chain planning, specifically within 3PL contract logistics, tech infrastructure fulfillment, or enterprise asset management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tier-1 Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS).
  • Strong mastery of enterprise ERP environments (SAP or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel (Data Modeling, Power Query, Macros).
  • Direct experience building operational dashboards via Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong professional presence to manage communication with high-value enterprise stakeholders.
  • Exceptional operational problem-solving capability—ability to translate raw data into floor-level execution.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or specialized certifications in Lean Operations are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate hyperscaler demand into weekly and daily warehouse activity plans.
  • Forecast floor capacity, floor space, and material handling equipment (MHE) required to prevent bottlenecks and ensure zero-delay dispatch in collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics leadership and procurement.
  • Monitor real-time warehouse backlog and processing metrics to ensure 100% compliance with rigid B2B contract timelines and KPIs.
  • Analyze hyperscaler forecast, demand, project timelines, and regional hardware refresh cycles to generate accurate asset-handling demand plans.
  • Manage the pipeline for auxiliary materials (packaging, custom racking, specialized installation kits) ensuring zero operational delays due to missing components.
  • Coordinate with global operations teams to track global inventory in transit and synchronize receiving schedules at global warehouses.
  • Execute precision inventory analysis using ABC/XYZ categorization, serialization tracking, and aging analysis for massive enterprise assets.
  • Lead cycle count programs, reconcile variances, and minimize inventory leakage within the WMS in collaboration with the Warehouse & Logistics leadership team.
