About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst supports procurement and subcontract management activities across material and service purchasing, direct and indirect sourcing, and corporate partner agreements. Working closely with internal stakeholders and CBRE corporate partners, the role drives value, strengthens supply chain performance and structure, improves operational efficiency, and advances cost optimization and strategic procurement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5 + years Experience in procurement, indirect sourcing, supply chain or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, procurement data, and reporting tools.
  • Experience negotiating or administering indirect corporate agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interactions.
  • Knowledge of procurement compliance requirements in government contracting environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or an equivalent functional area.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS procurement requirements is preferred.
  • Experience managing direct and indirect purchases of materials and services is preferred.
  • Experience using ERP and procurement systems, such as Deltek, JAMIS, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing supply chain data using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting audit activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, and manage procurement agreements, including corporate services, property leases, facilities, administrative services, and digital and technology services.
  • Leverage CBRE partner agreements to optimize cost, service levels, and contract compliance.
  • Maintain documentation for contract terms, renewals, and service-level commitments.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal to support purchasing needs and contract development.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure material and service requirements are effectively met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate procurement dashboards, metrics, and reports to support leadership decisions.
  • Evaluate vendor utilization and recommend data-based optimization strategies.
  • Support annual budget cycles through cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Leverage generative AI platforms and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, conduct advanced data analysis, optimize workflows, and organize work across disparate systems.
