About The Position

Redi Industrial, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead both construction and transportation operations across multiple project sites. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will make safety the first priority, set the standard through their actions, and create a culture where every employee feels responsible for protecting one another. As the Senior Operations Supervisor, you will take ownership of project performance, operational excellence, fleet management, customer relationships, and team development. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, industrial services, trucking, or related operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing construction crews, trucking operations, or both.
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, fleet management, and heavy equipment.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, manpower planning, and operational reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction or transportation management software.
  • Valid driver's license required; Class A CDL preferred.
  • Ability to travel to project locations as needed.
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments.
  • Ability to walk active construction sites and inspect trucks and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction crews, CDL drivers, equipment operators, dispatch personnel, and field supervisors across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate daily construction and trucking operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Promote a safety-first culture by conducting daily safety meetings, jobsite inspections, and coaching employees on safe work practices.
  • Manage labor resources, fleet utilization, heavy equipment, materials, and project schedules to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, company policies, and customer requirements.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, dispatch, maintenance teams, and customers to deliver outstanding operational performance.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, productivity, equipment utilization, and operational metrics.
  • Review driver logs, inspections, maintenance records, and project documentation to maintain compliance.
  • Mentor supervisors, foremen, drivers, and field employees while developing the next generation of Redi leaders.
  • Recruit, coach, evaluate, and support employees through regular feedback and professional development.
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining strong customer relationships and project quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, communication, and overall operational performance.
