About The Position

This position is responsible for the supervision of production Team Members for quality safety and any additional assignments deemed appropriate by management for this position. The individual in this position must work closely with the management team in achieving objectives; accept full accountability assignments and day-to-day department responsibility; must be a team player; Ensure compliance with all human resource and safety policies food safety sanitation and all other duties as determined by management.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
General knowledge of production operations and techniques.
Knowledge of food safety, product yields, and USDA regulations.
Basic computer skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Supervisory skills to lead a group of team members performing various production tasks.
Team Leader problem-solving skills.
Ability to complete Tyson paperwork.
Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce.
Good attendance and safety record.
Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
