About The Position

This position is responsible for the supervision of production Team Members for quality, safety, and any additional assignments deemed appropriate by management. The individual in this position must work closely with the management team in achieving objectives, accept full accountability for assignments and day-to-day department responsibility, and be a team player. Ensure compliance with all human resource and safety policies, food safety, sanitation, and all other duties as determined by management. All professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI. People Leaders should demonstrate the ability to drive responsible AI adoption, enable effective use of approved solutions, identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI, and ensure accountability for the quality and accuracy of AI-supported outcomes.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
General knowledge of production operations and techniques.
Knowledge of food safety, product yields, and USDA regulations.
Basic computer skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork.
Good attendance and safety record.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
