About The Position

Join our Enterprise Services Procurement team as a Senior Supervisor, Procurement leading a distributed team across non-product categories—including software (SaaS/on‑prem, EULAs), computer hardware, and professional business services. You’ll be the customer manager and change leader who balances priorities, guides stakeholders through transition, and ensures compliance across both company‑funded and U.S. Government procurement.

  • Experience in change leadership, leading teams/customers through process or operating‑model transitions
  • Experience with SAP purchasing tools, including Ariba and enterprise supply chain systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Data‑driven approach to performance management; excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer management skills—demonstrated ability to triage conflicting stakeholder needs and maintain trust.
  • Hands‑on experience negotiating software agreements (EULAs, SaaS, renewals, SLAs, DPAs/security addendums) and understanding software pricing models (subscription, perpetual, tiered, user/device‑based).
  • Familiarity with CPSR readiness and audit expectations; exposure to TINA considerations.
  • Experience with professional services and consulting categories.
  • Certifications or training in Change Management, CPSM/CSCP, or PMP.

Responsibilities

  • Own stakeholder engagement across broad-ranging internal customers; assess business impact and assign priorities using an intake/SLA framework and transparent communication.
  • Set clear service expectations; run cadence to align work with business urgency and risk.
  • Serve as the escalation path; resolve issues quickly while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Lead customers through scope growth and optimization efforts—clarify process changes, deliver enablement, and drive adoption.
  • Standardize best practices and workflows; implement knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement rooted in data and feedback.
  • Supervise sourcing and PO execution across non-product categories; review documentation for policy/control adherence.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, IT, and Finance to negotiate and close EULAs/SaaS terms, SLAs, DPAs/security addendums, audit/usage rights, and professional services agreements.
  • Monitor market dynamics; proactively mitigate risk via alternate sourcing, index‑based pricing, should‑cost analysis, and renegotiations.
  • Balance speed and compliance while protecting value under supply constraints, inflation, or rapid demand shifts.
  • Provide daily direction to a hybrid/virtual team; coach, mentor, and develop talent.
