About The Position

This role interprets corporate policies, enforces safety regulations, and ensures compliance with labor agreements. The Senior Supervisor, Maintenance maintains departmental attendance and overtime records, keeps management informed of progress and potential issues, and coordinates activities with other departments. A key responsibility includes managing preventive maintenance programs and utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The position is within the Power Systems business of Rolls-Royce, focusing on developing and supporting advanced power solutions, including electrified hybrid systems, for marine and infrastructure sectors worldwide.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electrical, or civil engineering or a business major operations/facilities management related field and 5 years supervisory experience; or 9 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills
High level of oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with computer applications and/or controlled systems.
