The Senior Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned and ensures the project/area is constructed in a safe, timely, profitable and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. He/she directly supervises field craft labor and non-craft field personnel. Requirements

8+ years actively creating a Safety and QA/QC Cultural
5+ years in a Top Leadership position for multiple projects
15+ years of Building and construction experience
15+ years experience scheduling and prioritizing activities.
10+ years experience identifying and dealing with Risk & Mitigation procedures
Demonstrated ability to Mentor and develop talent.
Proven experience stepping into a problem project and quickly identifying problem areas or concerns and setting direction for correcting the issue
Bachelor’s Degree - Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
