The Senior Superintendent works with the project management team to develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensuring compliance with district policies, safety procedures, equipment, and quality control. They are responsible for the prompt scheduling, coordination, and effective cost control of project labor, equipment, and materials, and influence equipment selection and construction methodology. A thorough understanding of the contract and subcontracts is essential for developing plans that identify and mitigate risks and maximize opportunities to achieve financial targets. The role also involves staying current with industry practices and seeking innovative construction methods.
