These roles serve as the primary field authority, responsible for driving execution, productivity, safety, and quality across complex installations. You will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate subcontractors and field labor, and resolve real-time challenges to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of field leadership experience in electrical construction
• Proven ability to lead large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Stable career progression demonstrating increasing responsibility
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to effectively direct field teams and subcontractors
• Deep understanding of electrical systems installation, including power distribution and coordination
• Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction documents
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, and compliance requirements
