We are proactively seeking a standout professional for whom we will finalize a formal role. Seeking a Senior Submarine Electronic Warfare Engineering Technician to join our crew in Groton, CT. Requirements

Active Secret US Government Clearance: (Note: US Citizenship required to maintain a Secret clearance).
High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) years of practical experience OR degree/formal training and six (6) years' experience. (Degree/Formal Training is defined as: Associate’s degree in engineering technology, math, or science; or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications; or four-year electronics apprentice program.).
Problem Solving: A proven track record of troubleshooting and fixing operational hardware/software under pressure.
Mobility: Ability to travel up to 10% to support the mission.

Nice To Haves

VA Class SSN specific experience.
Eligibility for a Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Installing, monitoring, and servicing equipment and systems at Company and client sites.
Performing or coordinating test and evaluation, checkout, and certification AN/BLQ-10 tasks.
Performing validations/verifications of BLQ-10 operational electronic systems.
Developing technical/engineering data for Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), technical manuals, troubleshooting procedures, drawing updates, operation procedures, and maintainability improvements.
Implementing Engineering Change Instructions (ECI).
Training others in the operation and performance of the system(s).
Interfacing onsite directly with the customer for equipment/system installation, testing, survey, fabrication, and other engineering tasks as needed.
Ensuring compliance with engineering documentation standards, engineering plans, system specifications and test procedures.
