About The Position

The Monash Business School is seeking a Senior Student Services Officer to join their team to provide high-quality administrative support to the delivery of effective, best-practice student and academic services across the School. With a strong focus on operational excellence, the role supports all aspects of the student lifecycle, including prospective and current student enquiries, admissions, enrolment, orientation and transition, course progression and completion, as well as a range of co-curricular programs. The position also involves contributing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of these programs, while providing expert support in resolving complex student, course and program-related matters through a case management approach. Operating with sound judgement and a strong commitment to service excellence, the Senior Student Services Officer provides timely advice and support to students, staff and stakeholders, while managing complex administrative activities including scheduling, project coordination, reporting and committee support. The role ensures compliance with University and legislative requirements, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and works within a specialist functional area while collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality services across campuses.
