  • Demonstrated experience reviewing, approving, and overseeing structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, engineering specifications, geotechnical reports, and technical documentation.
  • Advanced experience evaluating structural loads and designing steel and reinforced concrete structural systems.
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead technical assignments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Ability to evaluate alternatives and develop practical solutions balancing performance, safety, constructability, and cost.
  • Ability to understand business technical and operational needs, communicate effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional integrity, sound engineering judgment, discretion, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage complex assignments, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
  • Ability to travel, including potential international travel, for project activities, field inspections, client meetings, and construction operations.
