Senior Structural Engineer

Clark Pacific•Ontario, CA
•$125,000 - $175,000

About The Position

Clark Pacific has been a leading manufacturer of prefabricated building systems for over 63 years, transforming design and construction with high-quality, cost-effective buildings and less risk. We are seeking experienced senior structural and construction engineers to join our team to help advance industrialized construction innovations and products for a safer, more sustainable, and predictable building environment. This role is ideal for engineering professionals ready to expand their scope, responsibilities, and strategic influence in the development lifecycle of complex structural systems and project outcomes, while contributing to Clark Pacific’s growth and remaining deeply connected to the engineering discipline. It offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges, influence full-lifecycle building system development, and shape the future of industrialized construction, all while advancing careers without stepping away from hands-on engineering. This senior engineering role is designed for professionals ready to take on broader responsibility and influence product strategy and future system development, not just project-by-project design. It is rooted in structural and construction engineering, leveraging deep technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges. The role enables engineers to engage more holistically in project delivery and strategic decision-making, owning design decisions from concept through fabrication and installation, with visibility into how engineering translates to built outcomes. It is a next-step career move for engineers seeking expanded scope without leaving the profession, comparable in scope to a Senior Engineer or Associate Principal role within the structural engineering community. You will join a team of deeply experienced engineers, innovators, and prefabrication experts known in the industry for technical excellence.
