About The Position

Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Senior Structural Designer develops package and display design concepts for assigned accounts, markets, and/or projects. The role fabricates final samples of design concepts for approval and writes specifications for cost estimates and Production. The Senior Structural Designer also serves as a resource to sales and other internal teams to help the company present concepts to the market.

The position contributes to designing efficient, innovative solutions for new high-speed equipment, with the goal of optimizing output and minimizing downtime. All responsibilities must adhere to the Company’s Mission/Values Statement and established standards for external and internal customers. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Develop package and display design concepts for assigned accounts, markets, and/or projects.
• Fabricate final samples of design concepts for approval.
• Write specifications for cost estimates and Production.
• Act as a resource to sales and other internal teams to support presentation of concepts to the market.
• Design efficient and innovative solutions for new high-speed equipment to optimize output and minimize downtime.
• Follow the Company’s Mission/Values Statement and established standards for internal and external customers.
