About The Position

This role involves leading planning processes for Joint and Operational Planning Teams to support CCPA. The planner will develop public affairs strategies and products, coordinating with CENTCOM components, interagency, and coalition partners across assigned portfolios. The position requires providing situational awareness for a smooth transition from planning to execution, supporting exercises and operational planning with various military and interagency partners, and developing/coordinating Public Affairs Guidance, talking points, and communication strategies. The role also includes establishing relationships with CENTCOM directorates, participating in the B2C2WG construct, and providing crisis and contingency response support, including 24/7 surge support.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of award
• U.S. citizenship
• Fluent English
• Bachelor's degree
• At least five (5) years of planning experience, including a minimum of three (3) years of planning experience at a Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters
• At least five (5) years of experience in an information-related area (PA, IO, KLE, or CA)

• Completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) I
• Corporate marketing or communications experience

Responsibilities

• Provide situational awareness to ensure a seamless transition from planning to execution.
• Support exercises and operational planning with CENTCOM components, other combatant commands, and interagency partners.
