This role supports the executive leadership of the Organization by providing essential strategic activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating model work, particularly in chief of staff-like duties, and a proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership. Key responsibilities include supporting executive-level communication, running strategic planning forums for various business types, and possessing a working knowledge of product management and product companies. This position also involves providing analytical and strategic thinking, enabling project teams to address business issues through market research, scenario planning, forecasting, and competitive intelligence. The role requires developing technical content, assisting in crafting formal recommendations for senior leadership, and creating documents for critical strategic decisions. Furthermore, the individual will support the planning, communication, and management of enterprise strategy, as well as the execution of enterprise strategic initiatives through a disciplined process, with a focus on external research. This role can be hybrid or remote - if you are within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week.
