About The Position

This is an advisory/consulting role focused on AI within consumer product experiences and marketing operations. The role is part of a small, senior team of strategists, AI experts, and marketers. The company is described as part strategic consultancy and part design agency, fiercely independent and focused on working with brands they believe in. The Senior Strategy Consultant will deliver top-tier strategy advisory to global brands, working independently with light guidance. A true passion for AI, including staying current with industry developments and experimenting with AI tools, is essential. The role involves delivering end-to-end strategy consultancy projects, conducting research and analysis, identifying opportunities for AI to drive value, and translating complex inputs into actionable ideas. Collaboration with Strategy and Design teams is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience from a top-tier management consultancy, leading strategic marketing/communications agency, or equivalent.
  • Professional background in product, marketing, brand, or communications strategy consulting settings with previous experience structuring and delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Experienced working with B2C brands, particularly within consumer goods and tech.
  • Proven client-facing experience advising executives in marketing or product strategy roles with confidence and empathy.
  • Excellent general business acumen and exceptional problem solving skills - able to contribute to both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring work ladders to a larger vision.
  • Driven, responsible, highly proactive and self directed but also highly flexible, relaxed and resilient in fast-paced, highly changeable environments.
  • Low-ego and collaborative.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Based in or around London.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and designers to translate strategic visions into functional outputs is a bonus, particularly if you have a track record of translating strategic intent into high-impact functional outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end strategy consultancy projects for clients, focused on AI product marketing as well as AI implementation within the Marketing function
  • Conduct structured research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations - from market and trend scans to competitive assessments
  • Identify opportunities to drive consumer and business value with AI (within consumer-facing product marketing strategy and marketing operations)
  • Turn complex inputs (business goals, brand, culture, people, and technology) into simple, actionable ideas and frameworks
  • Develop compelling, high-quality deliverables for senior client audiences, including research reports, marketing strategy presentations, business cases and workshop materials
  • Support product and brand experience strategy work led by our Strategy and Design teams - contributing to the definition of experience principles, journeys, and systems that guide design and execution
