This is a 3+ month freelance engagement. Razorfish's Strategy & Performance team is looking for a freelance analyst to synthesize raw customer survey data into simple client-facing insights in an Integrated Marketing & Performance Strategist role that requires strong business intuition, a collaborative spirit, and a knack for simplifying the complex. This person will be working on data-driven research and marketing initiatives in an effort to: source insights that help increase and improve customer acquisition unify client and agency teams around learning plans scale the program to other products and lines of business (LOB) An eye for detail in the data will be key; this team is responsible for customer research (qual and quant), the active management of testing roadmaps, seamless test execution and leading strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will want to roll up their sleeves to get things done, but also know how to empower other cross-functional agency teams to deliver their best work. They will use current data, historical data, business objectives and goals and UX best practices to make informed recommendations that will have a large impact on performance.
