About The Position

This is your chance to be part of Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As part of the Strategy, Planning, and Performance team, you will establish benchmarks, build mechanisms to analyze results, uncover insights, and recommend in-year campaign and brand strategy optimizations. As the Manager, Marketing Strategy & Performance, reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy & Performance, you will lead Hilton's unified measurement framework and test-and-learn initiatives, building toward global connectivity. You will also advance MarTech capabilities, including LiveRamp, and partner with media and analytics teams to design measurement approaches aligned to key objectives and audiences. Additionally, you partner with Marketing Analytics, Media, and agency teams to ensure integration of insights into reporting and performance narratives, supporting data-driven optimization across marketing strategies. You will handle complexity and apply marketing strategy to address business challenges and drive success.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in advertising or analytics in a brand organization, research vendor, measurement company, or agency partner.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with attitudinal survey research, offline and online sales/ROI measurement, impression/attribution/conversion tracking, and media mix modeling (MMM).
  • Experience with measurement tools and partners including Kantar, Nielsen, LiveRamp, VidMob.
  • Experience building measurement plans and learning agendas based on marketing goals.
  • In-depth understanding of the media landscape across traditional and digital touchpoints (Linear TV/OTT/FEP, OLV, Digital, Social, and Audio)
  • Experience developing and delivering succinct presentations (verbal and written) to senior audiences
  • Willing to work a hybrid office schedule in McLean, VA (3x per week)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facets of media including digital media planning, cable and broadcast TV, connected TV, video, social, audio, and other non-traditional media.
  • A background in the execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative and qualitative advertising data/research.
  • Experience operating within a matrixed work environment with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support adoption and integration of tools like LiveRamp from a measurement and performance perspective, ensuring audience connectivity, targeting effectiveness, and attribution insights to inform optimization and business impact.
  • Work and consult across a breadth of measurement types including brand lift, conversion/sales lift, attention, marketing mix modeling (MMM).
  • Create testable hypotheses around marketing activities and work with relevant collaborators to test and track insights.
  • Leverage measurement results to drive business growth, developing benchmarks, media and creative best practices, and refinement/optimization to audience and targeting strategy to improve effectiveness.
  • Responsible for storytelling and socialization of insights with key partners to optimize marketing strategy.
  • Support Director and go-to-market teams with your measurement expertise on the exploration of partners and strategies with evolving Media ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners across paid media, owned media, email marketing, web, partnerships, and more to establish streamlined measurement plans and integrate strategic goals into the broader marketing framework.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics on creating metrics and dashboards to track performance aligned to KPIs.
  • Oversee development and execution of Marketing & Loyalty (M&L) test-and-learn programs, with a primary focus on the Americas while building toward cross-market connectivity.
