As part of the Strategy, Planning, and Performance team, you will establish benchmarks, build mechanisms to analyze results, uncover insights, and recommend in-year campaign and brand strategy optimizations. As the Manager, Marketing Strategy & Performance, reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy & Performance, you will lead Hilton's unified measurement framework and test-and-learn initiatives, building toward global connectivity. You will also advance MarTech capabilities, including LiveRamp, and partner with media and analytics teams to design measurement approaches aligned to key objectives and audiences. Additionally, you partner with Marketing Analytics, Media, and agency teams to ensure integration of insights into reporting and performance narratives, supporting data-driven optimization across marketing strategies. You will handle complexity and apply marketing strategy to address business challenges and drive success.
