About The Position

As a Senior Go-to-Market Strategist, you will lead internal GTM deployment for new and enhanced products and services to ensure market-facing readiness, promote product adoption, and drive sales and client retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in related discipline or equivalent directly related work experience
  • Utility player with 6+ years of professional experience with project management, communications, training, and/or marketing
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute deployment of medium-to-large scope product initiatives, including product positioning, product training, internal communications, and integration into ongoing business ecosystem
  • Develop GTM strategy based on project scope and desired outcomes, translate into project plan and deliverables, and serve as project manager of GTM activities through execution
  • Lead GTM cross-functional project team, partnering with product, marketing, training, segment leaders, operations readiness, and other functional areas to ensure successful execution
  • Manage internal product training with product SMEs, including content development and packaging, training assets such as Allego videos, and engagement with the central Training team as needed
  • Develop and execute general product communications and product forums, such as internal newsletters and showcases
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio view of product initiatives across the organization to identify opportunities for bundling launches
