About The Position
As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. The Lead Project Analyst supports strategic sourcing and supply chain teams through advanced inventory and material data analysis, with a focus on supplier‑held and consigned inventory. This role plays a key part in identifying excess or no‑demand material, validating inventory classifications, and supporting disposition decisions in compliance with company policy.
Requirements
- Experience with FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
- Ability to complete fair and reasonable price analyses.
- Experience executing program-aligned subcontracts.
- Collaboration skills with internal and external functions.
- Advanced inventory and material data analysis skills.
- Focus on supplier-held and consigned inventory.
- Ability to identify excess or no-demand material.
- Ability to validate inventory classifications.
- Support disposition decisions in compliance with company policy.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures related to inventory disposition.

Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
- Complete fair and reasonable price analyses.
- Execute program-aligned subcontracts.
- Collaborate with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
- Analyze material and inventory data to assess inventory positions and classifications.
- Support consigned inventory disposition decisions (scrap, redeploy, other use).
- Identify root causes of excess or no‑demand inventory, including supplier overbuy and demand fluctuations.
- Prepare inventory status reports and analytical summaries for leadership.
- Ensure inventory disposition activities follow company policies and procedures.
- Review current inventory processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- May lead or guide other team members on inventory initiatives.
