Position Summary: The Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for key commodities within a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, vendor selection, negotiating contracts, and ensuring supply continuity to support aggressive production and growth targets within the data center industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a strategic sourcing role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong foundation in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet business and cost objectives
  • Deep experience in supplier contract negotiation (e.g., MSA, SOW, pricing, inventory, currency)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing competing priorities
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide category strategies that align with business objectives, drive value, and support long-term growth.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across category sourcing and NPI sourcing to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement scalable supply chain architectures to support new product introductions from concept through production.
  • Ensure supply chain strategies are resilient and capable of scaling in line with aggressive company growth targets.
  • Own the end-to-end supplier contract lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, execution, and ongoing governance.
  • Lead complex, high-impact supplier negotiations (commercial terms, pricing, capacity, and inventory strategies) to optimize total cost of ownership and ensure supply continuity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to influence product design, cost structure, and successful product launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement through cost reduction initiatives, VAVE programs, and supplier performance management.
  • Establish and maintain robust supplier performance frameworks, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive accountability.
