About The Position

Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager for a full-time, contract-to-hire position. The role involves developing and executing high-impact sourcing strategies for marketing, digital sales, and related categories. The manager will lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, negotiate complex supplier contracts, and analyze spend data to identify opportunities. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Units, Legal, and Finance, to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals. The position also involves presenting data-driven supplier recommendations to senior stakeholders and standardizing sourcing processes for compliance and scalability. Leveraging AI-driven procurement tools and analytics platforms is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

Strong expertise in marketing sourcing, including agency, media, and creative services procurement
Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and influence stakeholders in high-risk or high-value scenarios
Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting spend data and driving optimization strategies
Experience collaborating with legal teams on contract drafting and refinement
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Demonstrated commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible supplier management
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in procurement and sourcing
Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related discipline
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis
