Your Role: As a Senior Strategic Global Product Manager, you will be focused on product strategy, integrated business management and next generation technologies for pharmaceutical production. You will drive creation, implementation and management of the near and long-term marketing strategy for the Aseptic Business Line focusing on improving customer satisfaction and driving portfolio growth. With the full P&L management in mind, you balance portfolio positioning, investment strategies, and strategic pricing to maximize top- and bottom-line growth. Key responsibilities include driving innovation projects from ideation to product launch, market and competitive assessment, portfolio strategy development and execution, and ensuring profitable top line growth via effective Go to Market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in chemical engineering or related discipline.
  • 5-7+ or more years of Product Management, Field Marketing, Customer Applications, Business Development or related experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing business cases across Operations, R&D and/or Commercial context.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of crafting and executing strategies that deliver financial results.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence.

Nice To Haves

  • M.S., PhD and/or MBA
  • Familiarity with Aseptic applications in biopharmaceutical processing
  • Capable of influencing and navigating through a complex organization
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of biopharmaceutical processing.

Responsibilities
