About The Position

This role requires a Senior Strategic Business & Financial Management Consultant with a TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph. The consultant will leverage their expertise in financial planning, budget execution, and project management within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). The position involves applying various project management methodologies and contributing to acquisition processes, cost analysis, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of generalized experience, with at least eight (8) years of experience in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with DoD / IC financial planning, budget, and execution processes (e.g AF9s/Form 9s, MIPRs, etc).
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated specialized experience in Cost/ Price analysis, cost estimating or financial management.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience in Department of Defense (DoD) and or NGA acquisition processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) Configuration Management (CM) processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects using Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques.
  • Provide specialized experience with DoD / IC financial planning, budget, and execution processes (e.g AF9s/Form 9s, MIPRs, etc).
  • Develop and/or review cost estimates and scope necessary to achieve stated objectives.
  • Tailor and use both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies to support acquisition planning, execution, integration and transition to operations.
  • Develop and validate system roadmaps, project plans and mission capabilities.
  • Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA’s).
