About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to lead our Manhattan crew as a Senior Inventory Control Specialist. As a leader of a Casey’s Inventory team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our stores running smoothly, building relationships with store leadership and helping to develop other inventory team members. Team members meet at a designated Casey’s store at 9am. From there, the team travels together in a company vehicle to other Casey’s locations in the Manhattan area to complete a physical inventory. Team members return, typically before 3pm, to the designated Casey’s store after the inventory is completed. You’re paid from the moment you leave the designated store until you return at the end of the day, meaning all travel and work time are covered.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Pre-employment drug screen required.
Ability to frequently lift 30 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Work is performed in a store setting, including in freezers and coolers.
Requires standing and walking in store environment for long periods and involves repeated bending, squatting, stooping and kneeling.
Travel is required daily.
Overnight travel is required 25% - 90% of the time.
General bookkeeping and basic inventory concept knowledge.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
