About The Position

As a Senior Stop Loss Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and negotiating stop loss insurance deals from inception to completion with an annual target of 125 cases. You will leverage your expertise in stop-loss products and your strong communication and negotiation skills to provide exceptional service for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the industry and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Expertise in stop loss insurance products
  • Strong understanding of stop loss policy life cycle to include but not limited to post-sale, premium administration and claims processes
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Consultant in the stop loss insurance industry
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support on stop loss insurance products
  • Oversee the entire deal process, from initial consultation to final agreement, ensuring all client needs are met
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the company
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of stop-loss products
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of services
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a deep understanding of stop loss insurance products and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
