Requirements

  • 2–15 years of software engineering experience
  • Exceptional individual contributor
  • Strong full-stack engineering background
  • Experience shipping products end-to-end
  • Experience building customer-facing applications

  • Experience building scalable software products
  • Strong frontend and backend engineering skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship entire product surfaces end-to-end
  • Design database schemas and backend architectures
  • Build customer-facing financial products
  • Design APIs and backend services
  • Develop payment, transfer, invoicing, and card systems
  • Build full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems
  • Work directly with product, design, and compliance teams
  • Own features from concept through deployment
  • Design and scale core financial infrastructure
  • Build highly reliable fintech systems
  • Contribute to architecture and engineering standards
  • Create observability, monitoring, and operational tooling
  • Participate in system design and technical reviews
