Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager - EmployeeWorks GTM

ServiceNowSanta Clara, CA
$190,900 - $334,100Hybrid

About The Position

EmployeeWorks is transforming how enterprises manage employee experiences. As an Outbound Product Manager in this space, you'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer go-to-market, and partner ecosystem development. You'll drive adoption of EmployeeWorks across ServiceNow's AI Native SKU portfolio and build the partner enablement infrastructure that scales our implementation capacity globally. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role where you'll influence strategy across multiple business units, coordinate customer deployment decisions, and empower our partner ecosystem to deliver at scale.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management or GTM leadership experience, with at least 3+ years driving strategy in B2B SaaS or platform environments
  • Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and launching products or features at scale (enterprise product launches highly valued)
  • Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems, channel programs, or customer communities
  • Familiarity with deployment, implementation orchestration, or post-sale adoption workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across product, sales, services, and partner organizations
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with competing priorities and ambiguous scope

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow platform or product ecosystem experience
  • Background with AI or intelligent workflow products
  • Sales enablement or field marketing experience
  • Post-sale adoption or expansion motion experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive Cross-BU AI Native Strategy & Alignment: Partner with product leadership and enablement teams across business units to develop coordinated adoption plans for EmployeeWorks within AI Native positioning. Create capability narratives, ROI talking points, and business cases that enable each BU to confidently position EmployeeWorks to their customer base. Align cross-BU messaging so the EmployeeWorks story is consistent and compelling across the organization. Identify and resolve cross-functional obstacles to adoption—from conflicting positioning to enablement gaps.
  • Own the Customer Deployment Funnel & Orchestration: Design and operationalize the customer deployment playbook: how we route customers to the right implementation model (Moveworks Professional Services, partner-led, self-serve) based on deal characteristics and customer readiness. Establish the orchestration protocol—clear handoff points, escalation triggers, and support models—so customers have transparent expectations and teams know who owns what at each stage. Monitor funnel health, gather customer feedback, and iterate on routing decisions to continuously improve time-to-value and implementation success. Work closely with sales, professional services, and customer success to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build & Scale Partner Enablement: Develop a comprehensive partner enablement program: technical training, implementation playbooks, business case templates, and best practice documentation. Establish partner support infrastructure (ticketing systems, escalation paths, dedicated support channels) that reduces friction and increases partner confidence in EmployeeWorks delivery. Define partner success metrics and create feedback loops to identify capability gaps and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with professional services and partner management teams on resource allocation and scaling decisions.
