Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager
About The Position
This role involves working with Engineering to develop Cloud Security Products for enterprise customers, driving identity management for the enterprise cloud security, and owning the roadmap for AI Agent Security/Governance. The position requires evangelizing the Cloud Security Product, acting as the voice of the product for internal and customer stakeholders, communicating product priorities, and building consensus. The individual will assume leadership responsibilities, guiding projects through development and bringing high-quality products to life. This includes integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements, communicating complex problems into understandable requirements with solutions, and developing multi-mode communications for different audiences. The role also involves leading promotion efforts across different groups and influencing stakeholders inside and outside the team.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 10+ years of software product management experience
- Drive the Engineering Roadmap and provide lear
- Documentation
- Support the Engineering team and enable their success
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
- Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels
