Revolution Medicines is seeking a Sr Staff Enterprise Integration Engineer to serve as the internal technical owner and architect for enterprise integrations across RevMed’s expanding SaaS, data, and business application landscape. This role will define and implement scalable integration patterns that support global growth, launch readiness, regulated operations, and cross-functional business process automation. This position will partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, IT, Security, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and governed data flows between core enterprise platforms. The role will be critical as RevMed scales from a primarily US-based operating model to a broader global footprint with increasing regional, compliance, and operational complexity. You will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting integrations across platforms such as Workday, ADP, NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Conga, Omnea, equity administration systems, commercial systems, compliance systems, logistics partners, and other current or future enterprise platforms. This includes supporting integration needs related to finance operations, procurement, contract lifecycle management, employee data, vendor management, compliance reporting, regional operations, and external partner data exchange. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on middleware, API, and enterprise integration experience, along with the ability to set integration standards, influence architecture decisions, and guide vendors or implementation partners. You thrive in a high-growth biotech environment where integration reliability, data integrity, automation, auditability, and operational scalability are essential to business execution.
