About The Position

Our Client: We are recruiting multiple Staff Accountants – Audit on behalf of a respected boutique CPA public accounting firm located in downtown Milton. The firm has supported small to mid-sized businesses across the Greater Toronto Area for many years, providing accounting, assurance, tax, bookkeeping, and business advisory services. Why Join Them? This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team that values collaboration, professional growth, and work-life balance. Our client fosters a culture of continuous learning, respect, and excellence, and is committed to both client and employee success. Unlike larger firms where responsibilities are highly specialized, team members gain hands-on experience across assurance, tax, advisory, and accounting engagements while working directly with business owners, management teams, boards of directors, and charitable organizations. As you build experience and trust within the firm, you may also gain exposure to business consulting and advisory projects in areas such as tax planning, estate planning, and business acquisitions and dispositions.
