The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong history of supervising interns, clinical fellows, and onboarding peers, paired with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality presentations within their organization and across external professional settings. They will also bring a record of scholarly engagement, having authored or co‑authored publications or presentations showcased at regional or national professional forums. Additionally, certification as a Board Certified Specialist in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders ( BCS-S ) or Certified Lymphedema Therapist ( CLT ) is also preferred.
