Amgen is seeking a Senior Specialty Representative to serve patients by providing clinical knowledge of their products to medical professionals and assisting them in navigating the complex payer environment. This role is responsible for implementing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products as led by the District Manager. The Senior Specialty Representative will act as the primary customer contact, delivering branded sales messages, conducting planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets through both in-person and virtual engagement. They will also develop relationships to service and manage accounts, customize discussions based on customer needs, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts. The role involves providing feedback on marketing strategy, analyzing business effectiveness, developing territory plans with the District Manager, and partnering with colleagues to share best practices.
